Avis des critiques de vin
Light on its feet but with plenty of weight through the mid palate, this is strikingly expressive. Pale honeyed straw, still delicate and finessed but moving beyond the translucence of a young Champagne, gathering depth at almost 15 years old with hints of brioche, grilled vanilla bean, gentle smoke, elderflower, citrus and crushed biscuit. The grapes are vinified in oak barrels from the Argonne forest during few months, no malolactic fermentation. Hervé Dantan chef de cave, Emmanuel Gantet director. 3g/l dosage.

Champagne; 100% Chardonnay; just 1 hectare; dosage of 3g/l; 12.5 % alcohol). More classic. Richer. Fresh and lifted. Delicate and floral. Just a little suggestion of white truffle. Brioche. A hint of yeast too. Long and rippling on the finish. Exquisite. Very pretty. A lovely almost grippy fine mousse – autumn mist!

A silky and layered blanc de blancs that has aromas and flavors of dried flowers, sweet almond, white stone fruit, brioche and hints of tobacco and white chocolate. Ripe and creamy, yet fresh and elegant, with fantastic complexity and seamless bubbles. Subtle earthy and smoky notes linger. Tobacco and truffle, too. Chardonnay. Disgorged in 2023. Dosage 3g/L. Drink now or hold.
