Sophisticated and much much less oaky than it used to be. Sleek and refreshing. More precision than the Blank Canvas Abstract Three Rows but it's quite similar. Excellent acidity. Very good!

Intense, concentrated and aromatic, this mouthwatering white is fresh and lively, with crisp Key lime pie and graham cracker notes followed by details of lemon blossoms, honeysuckle and lemon verbena. Shows a simultaneously supple and sleek body, with a savory sea salt note and the slightest hint of flint lingering on the finish. Drink now. 8,000 cases made, 700 cases imported.

Rich, concentrated wine with an almost syrupy intensity. Quite complex with spicy oak and nutty yeast lees competing for attention with grapefruit, guava and green capsicum flavours. Tangy acidity adds a mouthwatering freshness. Distinctive wine that deserves to attract a cult following. 30 NOV 2022
