At Fine Wine Library, we recognize the inherent challenges that wine enthusiasts face when it comes to limited storage capacity for their expanding collections. Our homes were overflowing with wine that we enthusiastically bought but did not intend to drink for 5+ years. To address this concern, we are pleased to offer a convenient solution through our wine storage services, available on a subscription basis per case, per month, at our dedicated warehouse facility.
Upon purchasing wines from Fine Wine Library, they are automatically allocated to your personal storage account, where you enjoy complimentary storage for the initial 30 days. This grace period allows ample time for you to coordinate logistics and determine the optimum storage conditions that best suit your wine collection.
Following the initial 30-day period, storage charges are applicable based on the subscription rate per case, per month. This ensures that your wines remain securely housed within our temperature-controlled warehouse, where ideal conditions for aging and preserving your bottles are diligently maintained.
Should you choose to retrieve your wines for home delivery, the standard storage charges remain in effect until the moment the wines are relocated from our warehouse to their new destination.

Our Storage Costs
Monthly Storage Charges:
In order to accommodate varying storage needs and enable accessibility for all wine enthusiasts, our pricing structure is designed on a per unit/case per month basis. To ensure convenience and transparency, our system automatically generates invoices, which are subsequently emailed to our clients. The monthly costs associated with our storage services are as follows:
€1.10 - 6x75cl or equivalent per case, per month.
€2.20 - 12x75cl or equivalent per case, per month.
Please note that the prices mentioned are inclusive of Dutch VAT, which is charged at a rate of 21%.

Ensuring optimal preservation and maturation of your wine collection is a paramount concern at our warehouse facility. We meticulously maintain an average temperature range of 16-18 degrees, contributing to an ideal storage environment for wines. Alongside temperature control, we take stringent measures to shield your wines from detrimental factors such as light exposure, humidity fluctuations, and vibrations. Additionally, all wines are thoughtfully laid down horizontally to keep the corks moist, thus safeguarding the integrity and quality of your collection as it ages gracefully over time.
