How to order:
In order to streamline and simplify the wine-buying process, we have implemented a two-step procedure. Firstly, upon purchasing the wine, it becomes your property. Following this, it is securely stored in your virtual wine cellar/storage at no additional cost for a period of 30 days. After this initial storage period, a nominal monthly fee will be applicable. For the final step, you will have the option to arrange delivery, where the duty and VAT charges can be settled. Once these payment obligations are fulfilled, the wine will be promptly dispatched and delivered to your specified address.

Step 1: Buying the wine
Once you have located the wine you wish you purchase, you place this into your basket and similar to many other online stores, you checkout and pay for the product.
Once purchased, the wine is now your property. It is however stored in a duty-free and temperature-controlled warehouse. It can be left here for long-term storage for which you will be charged a small fee per month. More on our storage service here. Delivery can then be arranged in step 2.
Step 2: Arranging delivery and paying the Duty & VAT
If you wish to make a delivery to your home, you can log into your account and select 'Deliveries' adding the cases in question. Our system will work out the duty and VAT/TAX to settle up automatically. You will then be directed to checkout to pay this fee and the delivery will be automatically processed to your chosen address.
You can dispatch part of the initial order, or combine many sales orders to be delivered together.
Wine Storage
At Fine Wine Library, we understand the challenges wine enthusiasts face with limited storage space for their expanding collections. To simplify this process, we offer a convenient solution through our wine storage services. Subscriptions are available on a per-case, per-month basis at our dedicated warehouse facility.
Once you purchase wines from Fine Wine Library, they are automatically allocated to your personal storage account. For the first 30 days, we provide complimentary storage. This grace period allows you to coordinate logistics and determine the optimal storage conditions for your collection.
