Pale lemon and lime. Quite a rich bouquet, showing the ripeness of the vintage. Excellent fruit acid balance, racy yet with flesh, good tension. Ripe citrus notes, fair length. Drink from 2025-2028. Tasted Oct 2024.

The 2023 Bourgogne Côte d’Or Rue de Bois has a fragrant bouquet of lime and green apples, quite precise for a regional white. The palate is lively on the entry with good extract. Light lemon peel and lime notes lead to a fresh, vibrant, tensile finish. Recommended.
