Standard - 75cl
Bready nose with some real interest. Solid stuff – something to get your teeth into, in a good way. Very clean and neat and tastes as though it had quite a bit of age on lees.
Rich and earthy with complex pear, toast and honeyed flavors that taste mature, picking up carmel and earth flavors that offer uncommon depth and richness.
Dom Ruinart's NV Brut is an attractive light-weight wine laced with citrus, lemon peel and flowers, all which come together in a delicate, feminine style best suited to near-term drinking. The straight NV is rarely exiting here. This is Lot AES4AB.
Minerals, lemon, orange and apple on the nose, along with a hint of honeysuckle; showed some less noble herbal and menthol notes with aeration. A rather creamy, airy wine with moderate concentration and extract, but fresh and lively. Rather full dosage Finishes with decent length and a slight green edge.
