Wine Critic Reviews
Broad and creamy, the 2025 Siran is a powerful, dense Margaux. There's not much subtlety here, but then again, that does not seem to be the point. Inky red/purplish fruit, lavender, mint, rose petal and mocha are all beautifully amplified. It will be interesting to see if more complexity develops over time.

Cassis and bilberry fruits, juicy, grilled oak, this has some pretty intense mid-palate expansion and yet retains an unfussy quality with ripe fruit, well balanced, sweet red pepper and Margaux floral character. Yield 32 hl/ha, Edouard Miailhe owner.

Supple and so smooth, really controlled, creamy and juicy with a tangy bite to the cranberry acidity giving a complex and complete expression. Plump, chewy with lots of energy and focus and a long, mineral-liquorice edged finish. Great stuff. It’s definitely on the cool side, there’s no overt opulence or hedonism but there’s sure refinement and enjoyment to be had.

Deep purple-hued, the 2025 Château Siran has a beautiful bouquet of spicy red and black fruits, smoky tobacco, and sappy flowers. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, with present yet nicely integrated oak, good concentration, and ripe tannins. It's another beautiful Margaux that brings the richness and ripeness of the appellation while staying balanced and elegant.
